Crafting Memories is in our Blood

Great Northern Quivers began at a small shop in Nashville, Michigan in 1988. Jerry
Brumm and Rick Shepherd saw a need for a bow mounted hunting quiver for the
longbow and recurve. Through many field tests and trials, the Great Northern Quiver
was developed.

In 2011, Bob Brumm purchased Great Northern Quivers. During Bob’s ownership, the
quivers were elevated to meet the growing demands of the traditional archery
community, while keeping the quality and dependability of the Great Northern tradition
originally built by Jerry and Rick.

My love for traditional archery began in 1988 and I have been a faithful customer of
Great Northern products for many years. I was given the opportunity to purchase Great
Northern Quivers in February of 2022. It is a tremendous honor to be able to build these
quivers and to be part of the Great Northern legacy. I promise to bring the same quality
and dependability that Jerry, Rick and Bob have provided over the years.
